I have been a regular customer of house of beauty for 5 years and service has always been spot on and very thorough. I would highly recommend this salon and give 5 star to Trea and Jasmine.
However, this time I had a new therapist, Sev, who was nice enough and quick, not too painful, but she didn't check if there were any hair left on my legs (and there were in many places and when I pointed this out to her, she told me to check myself and tell her where which really is part of the service). As for the bikini line, I ended up asking for hot wax (when it's always been a given in the past) and when bits of wax were left, she said it will go with cream... it didn't and it was pretty painful). and she forgot quite a lot of hair that I didn't notice in time... therefore I was disappointed by the service knowing how good it usually is with the other therapists.
