I went to House Of Beauty for the first time for a waxing appointment. I was quite nervous but Jasmine was amazing, she did a great job. I cannot recommend enough.

The therapist who did my manicure was really lovely and friendly and did a great job. Added bonus of offering to re-do my mani for free if the gel chipped within 2 weeks. Would use again

I did facials and honestly not happy with the results. as if i didnt have anything. Black heads were not removed properly, and the skin became so uncomfortably dry.

First facial I've had in London that has made a noticeable difference on my skin. Blackhead extraction was thorough and the therapist really took care to make sure I was happy with it. It even went on for longer than arranged. The products used were very high quality, was given samples to take with me and the therapist was lovely. My face is glowing days afterwards. Only thing I would improve is to have a bit more of massage incorporated into the facial- I know it's not necessary but I like to feel a little bit more pampered in possible and I've had this in other places. Still that's strictly not necessary and the facial itself was great and effective! Will be coming back.
