The service was excellent as usual. The waxing was very thorough and efficient as normal. I particularly appreciate the electric blanket on the bed to make sure I am comfortable.

My partner booked me a back massage. Whilst I enjoyed the massage, I felt that she could have been a bit more firmer. Spa area itself was smaller and but clean and the ambience was okay.

The service was exceptional as always. The beautician is always thorough and efficient with her waxing. She even put the heated blanket on to make sure I was warm enough!
