All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Started 15 mins late, then told me she couldn’t do extensions despite having confirmed over the phone in advance that it was possible. After telling me it would take at least an hour to do extensions and saying fairly derogatory things about places that take less time, the manicure was of poor quality (the tips were lighter than the main nail, and they’ve chipped / peeled on four nails 8 days later). Worst BIAB I’ve had, I won’t be back

Bang on average - did the job. Nothing special. Minor mistakes and inconveniences . Had worse and had better nail salon experiences for the same price.
