My facial treatment with Natalie was excellent,I couldn't of asked for a better treatment and I've had plenty. I had the Ultimate Vitamin Glow Facial treatment which I fell asleep during the facial as I was so relaxed. Afterwards I felt extremely relaxed and my skin felt and looked amazing. I would highly recommend this treatment. From arriving to leaving the Spa my experience was perfect. Natalie was very professional, friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I will be booking in again very soon. Thank you so much Natalie for your professional and excellent service in a warm and friendly setting.
I had a facial and massage with Emma - it was really excellent, the best I've had. Left the salon looking and feeling rejuvenated, and the improvement in my skin is still visible now, 3 days later. The spa is beautiful, luxurious and spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be going again.

Turned up to my appointment and they said they were “fully booked” and had to “cancel my appointment” basically as soon as I arrived... with one missed phone call just before. You’re “fully booked” with my appointment babe. So unprofessional.
