1- i payed online. when went there ig took 20 min more than an hour and i was not even UPDATED j was told i have to pay £11 more right before i left. i tried to show a vid of what i want.
she hella annoyed + stressed me out would not properly listen and see the vid kept saying “i know i know”. and would rather do what SHE thinks is good like “no this no that” barely got what i want..
maybe others are good but i would not know. GO TO AVESTA HAIR WAY BETTER

I booked a last minute appointment at this Salon. I was not disappointed the slightest! Had a lovely experience the moment I step foot. Had lovely Mia at reception who was very welcoming and offered me something to drink, had a great consultation and appointment with Matt. He listening to everything I wanted with my hair and did such an amazing job! I received so many compliments and will definitely be back again. James gave me a beautiful head massage while washing my hair and it was amazing
