So disappointed with the poor customer service. Mother Nature unexpectedly visited the day before my Hollywood. Called as soon as I could to ask to rearrange and was told that because I’d booked via Treatwell, there was nothing they could do and I would have to lose the money. It’s only a 30 min appointment so I would have hoped for some flexibility given the sensitive situation. Was made to feel like it was my fault. Expected better from fellow womb-bearers.
