My fourth visit but, first haircut. I have problem hair and Karl has resolved my main issue of my hair looming really thin and wispy in places. I am really happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to ask him to cut my hair again.

The stylist and time didn’t tally with the venue’s system, so I had a different stylist and rearranged appointment. The cut and experience was lovely though.
