They double booked us and although i was told i was receiving a senior stylist, she was busy and i was given a junior stylist instead, who didn’t cut around all my hair and lazily snipped the back. Left looking worse than when i entered . Would not recommend .

Unfortunately after making my appointment on Treadwell, a walk-in just came in before me. The staff were quick to call me to let me know and offered to reschedule. Unfortunately situation but great service made up for it.
