Very disappointed... After recently moving to the area I thought I had quickly found my perfect salon, the stylists were attentive and provide a great service, but after my last treatment I struggled to get signal on my phone to check if I had pre paid and so asked the receptionist to check, they said they checked and that I hadn't pre-paid and tried to charge me £36 (I knew this was wrong only because I'd booked a last minute slot and it was £28) I managed to stand by the door to re gain signal and later remembered I'd also used a £5 voucher so had paid £23. I showed the receptionist the email receipt of the booking to which they offered no apology or explanation for why they tried to not only charge me twice, but also over charge.
After subsequent bookings through Treatwell with other companies they assure me it is clear from the system if someone has paid and so I feel this was unfortunately a deliberate attempt to take advantage of a relatively new customer, needless to say I'll be looking for another salon
