I love my hair the colour is fab and just how I wanted it. The owner rob phoned me in the morning and said my stylist was running 25 minutes late. I didn't mind as I had shopping and stuff to do. My appointment was originally for 2.15, I got to the salon at 2.35 yet waited till 3.15 to be seated and started my treatment. I had to leave by 6.30 to pick my mum up so I felt it was all quite rushed however I was still very happy with my hair! When I booked my appointment it said £70. I paid a £20 deposit and only thought I needed to pay an extra £50 however I had to pay £95 (£115 altogether) because of hiddden extras I wasn't really told about.
