I booked through treatwell and was asked to change the time of my appointment twice as the stylist had another dye job after me. The staff were lovely but I felt like the experience was extremely rushed and the stylist was extremely aggressive with getting knots out of my textured hair throughout the appointment. This may be because she was rushing but it caused me a lot of pain. I’m happy with the end result but would not come again because of the service.
