Ladies' Root Colouring
Average cut and blow because the stylist was very busy with another client. I was left sat on the chair with wet hair for 15 minutes and then left again mid way through my blow. Stylist apologised and said it wasn’t normally like that.

Really disappointed. The stylist sprayed every single piece of hair so the end result was crunchy - it is my hen do tomorrow so I wanted it to last but the stylist took it too far and made it look greasy with hair spray. I feel I should have done it myself.
