The salon and atmosphere was lovely and just as i remembered it from my last visit. Very attentive staff and coats were taken and refreshments offered throughout. Sadly the haircut I got was really not as expected and has been quite upsetting. I've tried to contact the salon to discuss this privately, I feel strongly that its a one off & not the usual experience & im just awaiting a reply. I feel uncomfortable giving the feedback but feel its necessary

I've been to house of finesse a few times and have seen different hair stylists. My first encounter with Izza was when the senior hairstylist finished cutting my hair and asked Izza to blow dry my hair curly. She did the most amazing curly blow dry I've ever had. Unfortunately the senior hairstylist decided to comb it out as she wasn't finished cutting my hair. Today, I had Izza who washed, cut and styled my hair from start to finish and did an exceptional job. My go to hair stylist from on!
