Salon had a friendly feel from the start and my haircut was lovely, I felt listened to with what I wanted to achieve and the cut was really well done. The only small thing is that I paid extra for a stylist cut and it was revealed at the end that Desme wasn’t in that day, but it hadn’t said that on the app and I still had paid £32? Overall a happy experience but I had a junior stylist not the person I originally booked.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I had a consultation with a friendly lady who then washed my hair and I had a nice coffee. Then her friend showed up so she went to do her hair instead and I had another lady who didn’t seem happy about being called in to do my cut. She seemed distracted/bored and checked her phone a lot. Probably will try somewhere else next time.

Best hairdressers experience I’ve had. I have very long thick hair and have found it difficult to find a hairdressers that accommodates / doesn’t make me feel like a burden. Everyone at House of Finesse was so lovely and I’ve come away with a lovely haircut. Will definitely be back!
