I had a phone call telling me after I had booked that the stylist I had booked had no appointments. So I had another stylist which she was good. Just don't think she was a senior stylist as paid for. Hence the middle rating for stylist. Overall a good experience though

I would recommend ringing up the venue beforehand to make sure that they have your booking – it was by chance they could accommodate me at this time, but the booking had not been confirmed at their end.
