The house of finesse hair salon in urmston cancelled at the last minute saying treatwell didnt have access to their diaries so there was no appointment despite me receiving a confirmation very disappointed. Didn't believe them !!

Took my 2 year old for a haircut, staff were friendly enough and greeted us when we arrived. The girl on reception went to talk to one of the stylists when we had said who we were and my partner had over heard the stylist say to the girl that she was busy and that she could cut my sons hair. This raises the question if she was fully trained? This wouldn't have been an issue but it would have been nice to know. Overall his cut was probably as well as anyone would be able to do cutting a wiggly 2 year olds hair. Place was clean and tidy and we were in and out in about 20 minutes.
