Haircut was great. Only issue was that I had booked my hair for 9am and when I got there they said it was 9:30 (email, text etc all said 9). Not great as I had a wedding to get to but luckily they managed to sort it and see me at 9

Started perfectly, I was asked what I wanted. However, as soon as my haircut started it was just terrible, now it feels like my hair was just cut with an ax on different lengths. In the very start of the session specialist said “you will have to style, it will look choppy otherwise”. This is such a lie! This hairstyle I requested is very popular, the only one thing you have to do is to follow the scheme and cut it through hair, not only chop! I tried to contact owner 5 times,noact
