I had a very positive experience at the salon. Annie was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, skilled and made me feel at ease from the onset. She really took her time talking me through the different options re: inspiration pictures and what would work with my needs (easy to style and maintain). Reception were friendly and very kind also, making sure I was seen to very fast. I am more than delighted with how good my haircut is and will no doubt be returning. I left the salon walking on air.
