I wasn’t asked how much length I wanted off my hair before the stylist started cutting it, and it felt like she was trying to talk me out of it when I said I’d like it a bit shorter (even when I explained my hair grows back v quickly). I wasn’t offered a drink until my hair appointment was 75% of the way through and by that point it felt like an afterthought. Haircut itself is OK, feathering around the face is a bit asymmetric. I don’t think Annie was the stylist so not a reflection on her.

I paid for a senior stylist which I don’t think I got, but luckily when there was a hair mishap at the end somebody senior stepped in and fixed my hair. Really professional and lovely girls
