I paid for senior stylist ciera who always does my hair but I was allocated a junior instead. I have not been offered an explanation or refund for the difference in price

Paid £15 for a dry cut for my 6 year old, which I thought was pretty expensive but needed the convenience of being able to book on line & they had Saturday availability.
I queried the price as their own online pricelist is much cheaper than their Treatwell price list.
