Great experience as always - just to note that my stylist was Aliyah not Caroline but I think that would be an issue with the system, not the salon.

I was amazed by the customer service from start to finish, got the warmest welcome I've ever had at a salon and was offered a drink straight away. My haircut by the junior stylist was exactly what I said I wanted and overall it was one of the nicest salon experiences I've had for a while. Would definitely book here again.

I am happy to grade a service but I bitterly resent being forced to 'share my experience'
Blow Dry
If I could turn time back until an hour and half ago I definitely would and not get my hair cut. I asked the hairdresser to cut of what she thought needed coming off the ENDS and she has cut half my hair off I haven’t had my hair this short in nearly 10 years I trusted her for a trim to cut off the dead ends not to change my appearance it will probably take years to grow my hair back the way it was.
