My stylist was called Caroline. It should have been Annie greenwood but on arrival for my appointment it was changed. The stylist I had wasn’t very experienced. I didn’t like my hair cut my fringe was too short. Caroline said she wasn’t used to cutting my style of hair and was very unsure. I wouldn’t allow her to cut my hair again. She was a lovely young girl and very polite. But not experienced enough.

1st time here, Online booking was easy and convenient, great communication. Attentive staff, my stylist Annie took her time with my cut, felt relaxed and happy with the result

House of Finesse always look after you and make you feel welcome & relaxed. The staff are very friendly and take time to make sure you're happy with how your cut is going as well as the finished product. I won't go anywhere else.
