I’ve booked appointment for 11:30am and arrived on time. Unfortunately I was left waiting for more than 1/2 h without any explanation or update as to when my appointment will start. This is not how you treat your customer.
Also i think my stylist wasn’t the one I booked but somebody else, didn’t remember her name but wanted to mention just for the post accuracy.
Maybe also to pay more attention when washing hair as there was a lot of hair dye left on my skin, especially around ears.
