I wanted a hairdresser locally for my girls age 10 and 12. We’ve always driven to our hair dresser 30 mins away but I won’t be now. Both hair cuts are really lovely and lots of care and attention was taken! Thank you :)

Disappointing to have booked with a certain hairdresser who I've had for years, to then turn up and have my hair cut by someone else with no notice. Didn't even say it was someone different at reception on arrival. Absolutely not the fault of the different hairdresser, but I felt incredibly anxious to have my haircut by someone new to me when it was not expected. You should only be able to book with a hairdresser when they actually work, or not give the option to choose someone at all.
