The booking didn’t go through properly and was booked on treatwell but not the salon?! They didn’t honour the booking, just offered me a slot for a couple of hours later which I couldn’t do. I left feeling pretty gutted! It must have been a problem with treatwell- I’m sure Annie is very good but will be going somewhere else as they didn’t really offer any compensation for the inconvenience

Not a great start as HOF couldn't find my booking ect as they said it was not fully updated,however once they had found me on the system all was well and loved my hair.

Eventhough they confirmed my appointment they didn'thave space, they left voice message to push it back but when I called to confirm they had no idea who called me and they had no available appointments.
