Great experience, I had not been to the hairdresser for years and years and it wa my first time in the UK. I went to House of Hair after reading all the good reviews. I was quite nervous and Donna reassured me. She listened to what I wanted and made some good suggestions and made sure I understood everything and that I gave my consent for her to go ahead with the plan. I am very happy with the result and will happily come back! Thank you
