Valentina was an amazing hairdresser, really took care of my hair which when walking in was verryyy messy (1 year since my last haircut!). I left feeling great, she'd added volume and my hair looks so healthy, really grateful :)

Good shape around my face and just nothing pretty happening below my chin. The ends of my hair are really choppy, which is what I specifically said I didn’t want. Hair is about half an inch shorter than I wanted, and then she had to trim a bit more to fix it when I asked. She didn’t ask which way I part my hair until the end - she’d cut/styled it to part down the middle. I part to the side. Wouldn’t go back, but she did try to fix it.
