Please note I've visited the salon before and they cut my hair perfectly. This time round, another woman was assigned and I left the salon in tears. It was definitely miscommunication on both our ends. Perhaps if I had been clearer, we could have avoided the mistake. But I also think there was a language barrier. I left the salon with a long pixie cut instead of a Bob. It's going to take months to grow out :| .
