Before I booked I called spoke to manager who I explained what I was after. He seemed super helpful and assured me that they can do it. On arrival I noticed Valentina didn't look too happy. Wash was horrible, & she didn't know how to blow dry. I explained what I was after and kept refusing to do it. Half way through blow drying my hair she went to smoke even though I told her I was in a rush. In the end I gave up and said to blow dry it straight I walked out with wet hair patches all over! AVOID
