Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked clearly twice for a simple 2-inch trim. Lilia went ahead and cut around 6 inches off, completely ignoring what I asked for. She apologised after ruining my hair and called it a “misunderstanding,” but that doesn’t fix anything. To make it worse, they didn’t offer a refund, a partial refund, or any kind of compensation. I would never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
