Brilliant. I'm always well looked after. I have short, very fine hair and need a good cutter. Kate keeps my hair in shape. This time I was toying with some different styles but felt some aspects a bit too much for me. Kate suggested adapting the ideas, cutting part way, sort of altering what I had to see how I liked it shorter. Snip, snip, blow, ruffle and WOW! Fabulous! I love it! She really understood what I wanted, knows my hair and has the talent to do it. A very happy customer.
