I had a great experience at Kate Henshaws! I had booked for a partial root colour, but what I actually wanted was a half head of highlights (I just didn't understand the terms used)- but they kindly fitted me in later that day and were able to use my wahanda voucher as part payment. I was really pleased with the cut and colour!! It's a lovely salon- clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were very friendly and the cups of tea were the biggest I've seen :-) I've already booked my appointment to return.

I have and would recommend Kate Henshaw to Friends, I find Kate and all her staff friendly, efficient and will take time to listen and advise on style and products. On my last visit Kate even offered advise for my daughter wedding hair/make up even though my daughter is not a customer.
