The staff were very friendly and helpful, and cut my hair as I wanted it. The staff took their time and did a really good job.

As others have said previously, I found the hairdresser to be uninterested and rushed my appointment. The trainee was lovely but my hairdresser was unfriendly. This was my second visit, the first I thought she may have been having an off day. Apparently not! Also the colour has faded really quickly and the cut was poor and lacks shape. Won't be back again. Got the impression they didn't need any more clients.
