My experience was just as it always is and I have come to expect! A friendly welcome by the staff followed by professional treatment throughout.
The only surprise for me was the slight rearrangement of the furniture in the waiting area.

Excellent. I have very fine hair so for me a good cut is vital. I am really happy with my style and can manage it myself with minimal fuss. I am always well looked after and have been a client for 2 years now. (Every 6 weeks!)
