I was charged £5 more than the cost stated online when I booked the appointment, and was told that I could not pay on card for a transaction under £50 (not mentioned online, and costing me another £2 to use the cash point down the road- how come this applies to the ladies upstairs but not the barbers below?)

Once again the girls delivered, was welcomed with smiles and called by my name and not just hello, this makes it even more of a personal experience. Had a chat about drying my hair a different way she was very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!
