The day I booked was very hot and I had forgotten that this part of town is essentially dead on weekend days, and the main salon that HOLM is in was also pretty quiet. For me, I don't like going into busy, crowded salons, so this was perfect! The girl told me that they had only recently started to offer pedicures so their setup wasn't established yet in terms of a proper chair, foot bath etc, and we made do with one of the hairdressing chairs and stool. I felt bad as it looked like the constant hunching over would be painful for her back. I hope the owner does sort this side out soon! I would return - however not sure I would pay the full price for the service, it would have been a bit much if I had not had the Treatwell offer.
