The staff were absolutely wonderful and welcoming, and the overall manicure is one of the nearest I have ever received.
The reason for the 3 star rating is that the seat they put you in is basically a barber's chair which makes it very uncomfortable when your feet have to sit at a specific height for the technician to be able to work. I have long legs and just didn't feel comfortable throughout most of the process and had to hold my legs up for a large part of the service to avoid them cramping.
Additionally, I would have preferred if the massage element of the manicure lasted more than a few seconds.
