Positives: The beautician was very helpful with choosing the nail colour + nail art combination. The nail area was clean and tidy.
Negatives: The venue was in a dim basement, unfortunately the nail art wasn't straight (and got fixed by hacking into the dried polish), and the beautician forgot the oil and massage.
I was offered to go back down to complete the manicure, but time had already run over and I'd made sure to discuss with the beautician how long the appt would take, as I had another straight after.
I was given a £5 discount (after being offered a £3 discount on a £50 manicure!).
I was hoping for better service and a good reason to spend an extra £20 than in other nail bars, but unfortunately I didn't receive this.
