Despite the positive reviews, my experience with Naima was extremely different. My appointment was cancelled last minute & I was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, but this was not processed. My follow up botox appointment was also not honoured despite this being included in the treatment package. I will now have to find a separate salon & incur additional costs for this. The lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable and I will escalating this with Treatwell.

So so professional, clean, calm & relaxing. I often feel a bit awkward at these things but Naima made me feel so comfortable. The 2hr treatment time passed in a flash. Impeccable bedside manner & clearly very knowledgeable & experienced. Recommended!
