Arrived at a busy time of the day and received a warm welcome, didn't need to wait for the treatment. In terms of cleanliness, I was a bit surprised to see that the tools were stored in a plastic box and used straight away. I'd have liked to see them being cleaned first - maybe that already happened before but still...
