I booked a Shellac manicure and I had been growing my natural nails so they'd look their best for my wedding day. The nail tech asked if he could trim my nails slightly and I agreed. I wasn't paying much attention but I looked down and realised he had clipped my nails back entirely, it transpired he thought I was having acrylics even though my booking said Shellac. It was smooth sailing from there and I am really pleased with the finish and colour, it's just a shame they are so short now.
