I was asked if I'd like almond shape, I said I'd prefer a little squarer, but she went ahead with fully almond shape anyway. Once done, & I saw it fully, it was of course too late to reiterate I'd said & wanted something different. Also, I'd booked for French tips, & last time my nails had a very natural-looking varnish, with the white tips ontop which I loved. This time I wasn't asked & she went ahead with a pink colour. When I saw it & said i wanted natural, she just said 'ah next time'. Poor
