I have an infection in my toe from my last gel pedicure here - staff trimmed skin/ cuticles too far. Visit before (normal manicure) was really badly painted (they did it at the pedicure chairs and it’s too dark to paint properly).

She destroyed my nails. She removed the shellac with a nail file but also my actual nail. They started chipping and broke within the week so had to cut from the root!!Plus the shellac came off anyway as it was so badly done. I guess my bad luck with that girl. I don't know if it was Amy but I had not seen that girl before as all the other permanent staff are very good and never had a shellac removed that chippy fast way. don'tgo on weekends or bank holidays as they have amateurs
