The salon were very accommodating and squeezed me in when there was an issue with my original booking. I loved the shellac pedicure and the choice of colours was fab. The manicure was great too.

Quite bad experience. The nail person couldn't understand anything. I told her I booked gel extension and wanted french manicure and it took her 15 minutes and mutliple conversatiins with the other asian people to even understand what I want to do at my nails. She gave me only one option of nail polish for french manicure which was pink and couldn't understand that I didn't want pink. The card machine was not working and I had to walk 15 min go get cash out. No offer of receipt

It was okay nothing special. Constant chatter from the staff once my treatment started. I usually pick nude colours or ones I’m familiar with but decided to go for something different. They were just gossiping in front of me and looking at the colour. It was very uncomfortable. I only tried them as it’s close to home.
