Booked in gel extensions; the second time I’ve had this at this salon. Like the first time, the nail technician went to do acrylics until I reminded them that I’d booked gel. I can’t help but think this isn’t a coincidence as acrylic is cheaper (I’d already paid for gel). Not convinced I have gels. He drilled my nails too much and they are sore today. He was also frequently on the phone, and, while I accept they were busy, all the nail technicians were sharing tools on a boiling day. Pretty grim

The nail technician didn't ask how my nails were or if I liked them during the process. I was left a few times during the session with no apology. The attitude he had wasn't nice. I was directed to do things by him pointing instead of looking at me and treating me like a human!! I would not recommend this nail salon. When I complained about my nails he was defensive and unapologetic although I did get a refund I was first told by him in an aggressive tone to get my nails taken off first.

Staff were very welcoming, despite me turning up late for my appointment, they were able to accommodate my pedicure.
I found the facilities extremely clean with a real emphasis on hygiene which was very reassuring.
The pedicure was wonderful and Kim really took time with the treatment so it didn’t feel rushed. The gel polish to finish was very good with a good range of colours. Staff are professional and as the nail bar became busy I could see they are very popular with regular customers.
