I wouldn’t hurry back here. It was very disorganised and they seemed to have too many customers. My dipping powder nails finish is good but the almond shape is uneven. My pedicure polish was very sloppy and rushed.
My main issue is that the staff were all talking to each other all the way through my appointment. Whether this was in English or in another language it’s rude either way and I really felt irritated like I was interrupting. They certainly weren’t focused on my comfort

Booked in gel extensions; the second time I’ve had this at this salon. Like the first time, the nail technician went to do acrylics until I reminded them that I’d booked gel. I can’t help but think this isn’t a coincidence as acrylic is cheaper (I’d already paid for gel). Not convinced I have gels. He drilled my nails too much and they are sore today. He was also frequently on the phone, and, while I accept they were busy, all the nail technicians were sharing tools on a boiling day. Pretty grim

The nail technician didn't ask how my nails were or if I liked them during the process. I was left a few times during the session with no apology. The attitude he had wasn't nice. I was directed to do things by him pointing instead of looking at me and treating me like a human!! I would not recommend this nail salon. When I complained about my nails he was defensive and unapologetic although I did get a refund I was first told by him in an aggressive tone to get my nails taken off first.
