Previously all staff were great but this time, a new lady started my gel manicure and she was a doing such a rushed and sloppy job that I had to point to her inconsistencies (filed some nails in different shapes and polish that was either smudged to edges of the skin or not evenly or cleanly distributed to sides). They should make sure to have manicurists and technicians that actually know how to file and paint before doing gel manicure.

Treatment by Nail V•Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Booked for gel extensions and they gave me acrylics. In hindsight I’m pretty sure they don’t even do gel extensions as they don’t offer specific removal for them, only for acrylics. Two of the nails were wonky and too thick. Booked in with a different lady to get them taken off and have a manicure. The lady filed my nail down too much and it bled. Two more of my nails have also split. Manicure was terrible, nails filed unevenly

I won’t be coming again. The First Lady who did my nails was decent but then she passed me on to another lady, the lady rushed doing my nails, she left bubbles and all she had remaining to do was white tips, the lines were wonky and one point I was telling her there’s fluff on one of my nail before she put my nail under the uv, she said its fine she will file it which made no sense. Then after 3 attempts and sore finger I walked out with fluff on my nail
