Unfortunately, this was my worst pedicure experience. The technician seemed distracted, often staring out the window or at random things, even zoning out with their hands on my feet. They used CUTICLE SOFTENER for a massage, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. The salon atmosphere was cold and uninviting; the temperature was so low that both staff and customers were visibly uncomfortable. Overall, it lacked focus, care, and professionalism.

Great local salon - well priced, efficient, friendly, with a good choice of colours. 4 stars because it wasn't the longest lasting manicure I've had, but not bad.
