Usually I'm so impressed with my nails and always have a wonderful experience. I'm not sure what went wrong this time around but it didn't seem like they even had my appointment in the diary despite usually having no trouble booking through Treatwell. A different lady ended up doing my nails than usual and within just two days, they were already chipping. It seemed rushed, my nails weren't prepped to the standard they usually are, and it felt like the lady wanted me out the door as soon as possible. Very disappointing experience for what is usually a lovely result and time. I will visit again as I don't want one bad experience to put me off what is usually great, but I hope these issues can be worked on.

Lovely ladies and a lovely services. I was offered a drink, twice, and was told I could hide in the shop whilst it rained.
They asked about my book and I explained it was from a show which resulted in us watching it in the shop! Everyone is so welcoming!
