Sadly had a very uncomfortable experience after 2 good ones. I had paid for sns infills on Treatwell a few days prior and when I arrived the lady immediately started removing my sns altogether. I admittedly forgot what I had paid for. Half way through the treatment she then mentioned that I needed to pay an extra 5 pounds. I told her I didn’t have cash but was happy to put an extra 5 pounds through on the app. She very much then made me feel as if I had attempted to pay less purposefully. We had an awkward exchange leaving me feeling pretty uncomfortable. I paid the extra £5 by charging an extra nail treatment through the app. On top of this, whilst previous treatments had been flawless, I left with a hair embedded in one nail’s sns and nails filled in different amounts with the sns. Very disappointing as I had thought I found a new favourite in this place beforehand.
